What is the shipping time for my order?

Order Shipping Times

Orders are processed in our warehouse every day from Monday through Friday, excluding holidays. Any order placed before 2:00 PM Monday through Friday will be processed and shipped the same day. Orders placed after that time will be processed and shipped the next business day.

In some cases, your order may not be prepared immediately. This is because certain items may not be immediately available in our warehouse and may still be in the process of being sourced and shipped from our suppliers’ logistics centers.

Whenever possible, when this occurs, this information is indicated in the product description and in the shopping cart summary before you place your order.

Pre-orders

Some items are also available for pre-order; these are items that are not immediately available. In this case, "pre-order" and an estimated shipping date for the item are indicated on the product page and in your cart before you place your order.

Orders containing items currently being sourced or available for pre-order

If your order includes one or more items currently being sourced from our suppliers or available for pre-order, then the entire contents of your order will be shipped in a single shipment once all items are ready to be sent to you.
