Tracking shows my return is delivered, but I haven't been refunded yet / status remains "waiting for parcel"

The tracking shows that my return has been delivered to your warehouse, but I still haven't been refunded and/or the return status still says "waiting for parcel".

Don't worry, this is completely normal. When you make a return and hand your parcel over to the carrier, in most cases they will mark it as delivered as soon as it enters their distribution network.

However, this doesn't necessarily mean that the parcel has already arrived at our warehouse; it usually takes a few extra days.

Only once we have actually received your parcel can the return be processed and accepted, after which we will issue a refund or a store credit, depending on the option you selected when creating the return.
