What is the average processing time for returns?

Returns are received at our warehouse, and our logistics team notifies us of a returned package only after it has been inspected. To find out if your return has been received, we recommend checking your package’s tracking information.

Returns are inspected and processed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at the end of the day. During busy periods (back-to-school season, holiday season, sales, etc.), the inspection time for returns may be extended.

The issuance of a credit note or refund (depending on your choice when declaring the return) is guaranteed within 14 days of receiving a return.
