Are returns free? ?

Returns initiated through the customer portal under the My Orders tab are free for shipments from France via Chronopost, from Germany via DHL, or from Belgium, Spain, and Luxembourg via Mondial Relay. Returns made directly in our stores are also free.

However, for orders shipped to other countries, you are responsible for return shipping costs, and no prepaid shipping label will be provided.

When will you receive the new collection?

We receive new products every day; there is no set date for a new global collection. All releases are available on the new arrivals page of the website. Items with a confirmed release date within the next 30 days can be viewed on the releases page of the website.

What is the average processing time for returns?

Returns are received at our warehouse, and our logistics team notifies us of a returned package only after it has been inspected. To find out if your return has been received, we recommend checking your package’s tracking information.

Returns are inspected and processed on Tuesdays, Wednesdays, Thursdays, and Fridays at the end of the day. During busy periods (back-to-school season, holiday season, sales, etc.), the inspection time for returns may be extended.

The issuance of a credit note or refund (depending on your choice when declaring the return) is guaranteed within 14 days of receiving a return.

How can I tell if an item is available in-store?

You can check an item’s in-store availability directly from its product page.

To do this, select your size, click the “Check 2-Hour In-Store Pickup” button, choose your store, and see if the item is in stock.

To reserve the item, you can order it via click-and-collect on the basket4ballers website. Once the order is placed, a confirmation email will be sent to you within two hours, and you can pick up your order directly at our store.

Please note that in rare cases, an item may be available in-store but cannot be reserved via an online order. In this case, the message "In-store purchase available" will be displayed. You can then go directly to our store to make your purchase.

If the item is not available in our store, you can also order it on the website and select the "Store Pickup" delivery method. The item will then be delivered to the store within 48 to 72 hours.

The raffle system ensures everyone has an equal chance to obtain a limited and highly anticipated item. With this approach, basket4ballers aims to create a healthier and fairer environment for everyone.

Any multiple entries, attempts to cheat, or use of bots will result in immediate disqualification from the raffle.
