Is it possible to cancel my order?

Once your order is confirmed, our logistics team prepares it very quickly to ship it to you as soon as possible. Therefore, it is generally not possible to cancel it.
If you contact us before preparation has started, we will do our best to cancel it. However, this is very rare: our messages are processed in the order they are received during customer service opening hours. Quite often, the package is already prepared by the time we process your request.
If your order is already being prepared or has shipped, you will simply need to return it to us upon receipt to get a refund.
