Order online and pick up my purchases in-store


To make picking up your orders easier, we offer two pickup options at our stores in Paris, Strasbourg, Lyon, and Limoges:


  • le click-and-collect 2H, if the item is available in-store,
  • in-store pickup within 48 to 72 hours, if the item is available only on our e-commerce site. It will then be shipped from our warehouse to the store of your choice at no extra cost.


Once your item is ready, a code to present at pickup will be sent to you via email and text message


Why isn’t my order eligible for in-store pickup? ?


However, due to storage constraints in our stores and to maximize the efficiency and smooth operation of this service, we have set certain limits that may make this delivery method unavailable for some orders:


  • If the estimated weight of the items in your cart exceeds 3 kg;
  • If your cart contains more than 5 items;
  • If you already have an order with in-store pickup in progress that has not yet been picked up.
